He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Hill; and his siblings, Edwin, Roger, Lola and Margaret.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Rhonda Hill; his children, Penni, Tammi, Mike and Robin; his grandchildren, Kathleen, Arlene, Miranda, Tyler, Emma, Hayden and Basil; and his great grandchildren, Darren, Owen, Hope, Greyson and Soren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, an organization dedicated to supporting sailors, Marines, and their families in times of need.
