It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fannie Maude Strickland in Orange Park, Florida, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Settles and Minnie Settles; and her daughters, Carolyn Strickland and Beatrice Strickland. She is survived by : her husband John R. Strickland; and her sons, John Strickland (Vilicia) and Montague Strickland (Cara). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
