He is survived by: his significant other Judith Louis; his children, Frantz Leon Jr., Phillipe Leon, Melissa Leon Jacques, Olivier Leon, Isabelle-Anne Leon, Christian Leon, Christie Leon, Tasha Joseph, Keisha Joseph and Christelle Joseph; his brother Jean-Joseph; his sister-in-law Mona Leon; and his sister Huguette Leon Wah. He is also survived by his grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
