She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Overby and Louise Overby; and her husband Billy L Neal. She is survived by: her brother Alton Overby of Greensboro, NC; her daughter Judy Metzger; her son-in-law Donnie B. Metzger; her son Billy L Neal Jr.; and her grandson Donnie B Metzger.
