He was predeceased by: his parents, T. H. McCullough and Winifred McCullough (Dent); his daughter Joy McCullough; his sister Suellen Robinson; and his daughter Ashley Renee McCullough.

He is survived by: his wife Carole McCullough; his children, Tiffany McCullough, Geoffrey McCullough (Sara), Abigail Fielder (Kevin) and Allen McCullough (Mallory); his brother Tom McCullough; and his grandchildren, Aiden McCullough, Delainey Kitler, Darcey Kitler, Dylan Kitler and Charlotte Fielder. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
