He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wiley and Mary Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, James Wiley (Brenda) and Janice Patton (Todd); his grandsons, James Wiley, Nicholas DeFontes and Jack DeFontes; and his siblings, Mick Wiley, Donald Wiley, David Wiley, Norma Sheetz, Pat Wood, Fran Simons and Janet Smith.

In lieu of flowers family asks for donation be made to Oakleaf Baptist Church.
