He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Van Duyn; his children, Ethan, Jason Jr., Isabella, Jeremiah and Makennah; his parents, Joan "Liz" Chandler (Mike) and William Van Duyn; his grandfather William Van Duyn; his siblings, Jessica Daly (Ryan), Jennifer Douglass (Dustin) and Mike "Bunky" Chandler; his parents-in-law, Michele Cox and Bob Moon; and his brother-in-law Scott Geil. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and many many friends.
