He is survived by: his sons, John Alan McCarty, III and Jaxson Ash McCarty; his stepfather Andrew Fretham of Jacksonville, FL; his brothers, Jacob McCarty (Allison) and Jayson Fretham (Hope); his nieces, Blakely and Georgia Fretham; his father John McCarty, Sr.; his half-sisters, Alana and Alyssa McCarty of Las Vegas, NV; and his former spouse Courtney McCarty. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rest Funeral Home (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043).
