Howard; his sister Mary Ann Howard; and his grandchildren, Adrian and Rachael Howard. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
