He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Campbell and Marion Campbell (Beaty); his sister Mary Elizabeth Main; and his son-in-law J. Jeffrey Wittig. He is survived by: his wife Martha Lea Campbell (Main); his sister Alice J. McDonell (Woody); his children, Martha "Mickie" Wittig, Marion "Lisa" Cundiff (Larry) and John W. Campbell, Jr. (Carla); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Kelsey and Sydney. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
