He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcide Fred Dubey and Alda Thibodeau Dubey. He is survived by: his wife Angela Cummins Dubay of Orange Park; his sister Anne Dubey (Stephen Gill); and his stepchildren, Rachel Davies of Gulfport, Andy Reeves of Cedar Rapids, Wayne Sanders (Lauren) of Jacksonville, Melody Harrison (James) of Goose Creek and Anna Compo of Orange Park, Florida.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
