He is survived by: his wife Angela Cummins Dubay of Orange Park; his sister Anne Dubey (Stephen Gill); and his stepchildren, Rachel Davies of Gulfport, Andy Reeves of Cedar Rapids, Wayne Sanders (Lauren) of Jacksonville, Melody Harrison (James) of Goose Creek and Anna Compo of Orange Park, Florida.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two nieces.
