He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lee and Walter T. Van Brocklin, Jr.; his brother Walter T. Van Brocklin III; and his granddaughter Charity Van Brocklin. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lee Van Brocklin; and his sons, John Van Brocklin, Jr. (Georgie), Craig Van Brocklin (Tammi) and Lane Van Brocklin (Kathy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
