He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Patricia Williams; his daughter Monique Williams Madrid (Adam); his siblings, Alphonso Williams (Jenius) and Cathy Williams Rose; his aunt Geronia Jenkins (Albert); his siblings-in-law, Joseph Moorman (Anna), Carl Moorman (Frances), Anthony Moorman (Norma Jean), Russell Moorman (Belinda), Vincent Moorman (Roxannder), Marie Moorman (Ronald), Christine Elizabeth Smith and Daniel Spencer; his nephew Bernard Cooper; his parents, Silas Frank Williams and Emma Joe Williams; his siblings, Roger Williams, Thomas Hugee and Shirley Williams Cooper; his grandparents, Rosa Williams Burroughs, Thomas Williams, Samuel Flemming and Cassie Bradford Fleming; and his aunts and uncles, Mary C. Hannah, Kenneth Hannah, Getha Spates, David Spates, Ora Lee Fleming Polite, Edward J. Polite, Mattie Lou Brown and Isiah Brown. He was also cherished by other nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
