He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mackey and Alene Mackey; his wife Concetta T. Mackey; his siblings, William, Timothy, Robert, Richard Mackey, Caroline Brennan, Pearl Cuveron and Winifred Shoemaker; and his great grandchild Jeremy.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony J. Mackey (Julie), Raymond E. Mackey, Penny A. Baran (Kevin) and Lisa M. Dorris (David); his brother Donald Mackey; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Kayleigh, Brandy, Kevin C. and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Joe, Ryleigh, Ryan, Charleigh, Caleb, Beau and Luke.
