He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Albert Plummer, Sr. and Mildred Fisher Plummer; his daughter Linda Plummer Koon; his wife Lorraine; his siblings, Arnie and Mary; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph, Patricia O'Brien and Jack.
He is survived by: his son Michael Kenneth Plummer (Amy); his grandchildren, Courtney Koon (April), Brian Plummer, Daniel Plummer and Shea Plummer; his great grandchildren, Jaren (Salley), Lilly Smith (Koon), Gracie (Koon) and C. J. (Koon); his great great grandchild Linda (Smith); and his great grandchild Aspyn Salley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Orange Park Methodist Church (2051 Park Ave, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home (7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205).
The family requests no flowers but donations can be made to the Bicycle Ministry at Orange Park Methodist Church.
