She is survived by: her parents, Philip "Phil" Woodruff Eddy, III of Atlantic Beach, FL and Stephanie Ingram Luckett (Daniel) of Jacksonville, FL; her daughters, Esmeralda of Jacksonville, FL and Jocelyn of Jacksonville, FL; her siblings, Kent of Jacksonville, FL, River of Jacksonville, FL, Jasmine of Jacksonville, FL and Rose of Jacksonville, FL; her grandfathers, Philip Eddy, Jr. of Virginia and Cecil Guy Ingram, Jr. of Orange Park, FL; and her stepgrandmother Sylvia Luckett of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
