She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Issac Brumbley and Blanche Amelia Davis Brumbley; her husband James "Jimmy" Robert Lee; and her siblings, Robert Wallace Brumbley, Norman Wayne Brumbley, Doris Virginia Redden and Eleanor Irene Pusey.

She is survived by: her son James Byron Lee; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Ann Lee; her daughter Karen Sue Lee; her granddaughters, Dana LeeArthur (David) and Megan Lee Maiman (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Bree, Braylan, Grant and Eloise.

Family request memorials made in Norma's name be made to Haven Hospice in Orange Park, Florida.
