He was predeceased by: his wife Dulce Marie Garrison. He is survived by: his children, Rita Altman, Rose Pavey (Carl) of Lake City and Richard L. Garrison, Jr. (Lucy) of Dade City, Florida.; his granddaughters, Helen Blalock (David) of Brevard and Christina Johnson (David) of Tampa, Florida.; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Mason Johnson.
