He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Baker Spencer and William James Spencer; his brother Gary; and his wife Suzy. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Spencer and Summer Spencer; his son-in-law Jeff Bellamy; his cousins, Michelle, LuAnn, Bill and Doug; his siblings-in-law, Nancy, Suzy and Scott; and his nieces and nephews, Trent, Jamie, Shane, Traci, Stuart, Cassidy, Chris, Brandy and Heather.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
