He is survived by: his daughter Joanne Thayer Moore-Grubbs (John Grubbs); his grandchildren, Emily Moore, Sandra Grubbs and Jesea Grubbs; his brother Philip Moore, Sr.; his sibling's children, Dorothy Moore and Phillip Moore, Jr.; his great-niece Brianna Tarpley; and his great-nephew Kody Tarpley (Michelle Hines). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Middleburg (2645 Blanding Blvd, Middleburg, FL 32068).
