Burtt of Jacksonville, FL.; her mother Joyce Wolfert of Fleming Island; her siblings, Alan Donald Perry of Fleming Island and Marilyn Tracy of Atlanta, Georgia.; and her siblings' children, Erin Cook of Atlanta, Laura Perry of Jacksonville and Dr. Alan Perry of Lebanon.
