Theresa Lastichen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Lastichen (Orange Park, Florida), born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 30, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Joseph "Joe" Lastichen; and her grandparents, Joseph Lastichen and Anna Ruth Janniello. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy "Topper" Lastichen; her siblings, Tim Lastichen (Anne) and Kim Paivandy (Al); her nephew Timothy Michael Lastichen; her nieces, Kaitlyn Rose Lastichen, Shelah Paivandy, Dr. Sheba Katz (Nolan) and Sheena Reich; her friends, Kimberely Pierson, David Kinsey, Gary DeBaisse and Sally Baxter; Betty Jean Kohan.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate e-mails of kind words, shared experiences, funny stories and how she impacted lives, sent to [email protected]. To pay tribute to Theresa the family suggests donations be made to the Matheny, Development Department, 65 Highland Avenue, PO Box 339, Peapack, NJ 07977 in honor of Ellen Kane, http://events.matheny.org.
