He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Michael Dealing (Bobby). He is survived by: his parents, William Dealing and Patsy Dealing of Keystone Heights; his siblings, Wayne Dealing (Rhonda), James Dealing and Catherine Dealing-Frey; his nieces and nephews, Jay, Connor, Will, Amanda and Caroline; and his great-nephew Van.

In lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity supporting the music community in Billy's honor.
