He is survived by: his wife Eunice Julene Ballard; his son Zane Marcus Ballard (Diane); his grandchildren, Monique Oxiner (Dustin), Natasha Ballard (Gabriel) and Joshua Ballard (Mandy); and his great grandchildren, Lia Hardy, Andrew Bevis, Sean Bevis, Mason Bevis and Isadore Gourneau.
