It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Akkamamba Devi Nutakki in Orlando, Florida, who passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Amma, Ammamma, Nani, Ninamma, Atha and Pini; her parents, Yelamarthi Satyanarayana and Yelamarthi Narayanamma (Mullipudi); her husband G. S. Rao; and her siblings, Narayana Rao Choudry, Venkat Rayudu, Venkat Rao, Atchutharamana, Saraswathi, Padmavati, Annasuya and Ravanamma.
She is survived by: her aunt Didi; her former spouse Nutakki Gouri Sankara Rao; her child Sinu (Mona); her grandchildren, Mira and Aman; her child Swati Cerise (Jay); her grandchildren, Nico and Divya; her child Ranga of Fargo; and her sister Bapayamma Koduri (Andhra Pradesh) of Kovvur. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
