He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Proskey and Mary Marusarz; and his brothers, Joseph Jr., Ronald and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Proskey; and his children, Anthony Proskey, Michelle Komosa, Mark Proskey and Kimberly Hill. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
