He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Solomon and Edith Solomon; and his brother Jerome. He is survived by: his uncle Smiley Running; his wife Judith Botwick Solomon; his children, Loren Solomon, Andrew Solomon (Lesley), Hilary Dempsey (Martin) and Leslie Weiner (Jared); and his grandchildren, Gillian, Allison, Sarah, Laura, Alyssa and Jacob.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the Allan F. Solomon Scholarship Fund, Camp Coleman, Cleveland, GA.
