She was predeceased by: her husband Sgt. Charles Dean Vance (Dink); her parents, Robert Floyd Hill and Clara Hazel Goodwin Hill; and her brother Billy Bob Hill. She is survived by: her sisters, Juanita Goodwin, Patricia Ann Hill, Wanda Igo Duncan, Maxine Buckner, Sylvia McNeely, Melvarine Fizer, Ella Mae Shamblin, Betty Underwood and Lucy Walton; her children, Kimberly "Kimmie" June Richards of Orlando, Florida., Robin Theresa Eller (Bill) of Orlando, Florida. and Charles Dean Vance II (Nikki Mazzella Vance) of Minneola, Florida.; her siblings, Sue Tucker and Doug Craigo; her grandchildren, Lacey Howard (Nathan), Mariah Kershner (James), Lauren Vickery (David), Logan Eller, Lenzie Eller and Addison Vance; her great grandchildren, Levi, Liam, Link, Davina, Wyatt, Westin, Willow, Waylon, Lilly and Brayden; and her great great grandchild Nathaniel Irizarry.
