He is survived by: his wife Julia Hays Rowe; his children, Heidi Rowe Partin (Duane) of Burlington, NC, David Wesley Rowe of Merritt Island, FL and Jonathan Rowe (Tricia) of Orlando, FL; his grandchild Ivy-Grace Farnham (Josh) of Burnsville, NC; his children, Emma-Rose Partin of Wilmington, NC, Avery Hays Partin of Burlington, NC and Charlie Anderson Rowe of Orlando, FL; and his siblings, Robert Rowe (Marilyn), Barbara Barr (Mike) and Billie Marlene Olsen (Carl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
