He is survived by: his wife Judith Hubbard Cloninger; his children, Keith Cloninger (Janice Cloninger) and Katrina Cloninger Moyer (Jeffrey Moyer); and his grandchildren, Victoria Prosser, Madison Cloninger Marler (Timothy Marler), Konner Cloninger, Elizabeth Prosser, Andrew Moyer, Amanda Moyer and Alexandra Moyer Orkins (Benjamin Orkins).
