He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Wade Orr and Bernice C. Orr (Eleanor L. Orr). He is survived by: his children, Ellen L. Embach, Amy A. Orr and Chuck R. Orr; his grandchildren, William T. Embach, III, Joseph S. Embach and Ashley M. Figueras; and his stepsons, Anthony Roberts and Andrew Flowers.
