He is survived by: his significant other Donna Wolters; his sister Gail Adams (Ray); his daughters, Cherie Chmielewski (Mark), Jennifer Phillips and Lesley Martir; and his grandchildren, Travis, Danielle, Hallie, Jasmine, Isabella, Lana, Leland and Ollie. He is also survived by three great-grandsons, three great-granddaughters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
