He was predeceased by: his father Nelson (Hermina Muilenburg); and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Traci (Andy Winkler) and Ben (Roxana Muilenburg); his grandchildren, Brynn Winkler, Reid Winkler, Ellery Winkler, Bella Muilenburg and Conrad Cash Muilenburg; his brothers, Rod Muilenburg (Pat) and Lee Muilenburg (Shelly); his sister-in-law Mary Muilenburg; and his friend Travis Taylor. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Elkhorn, NE, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
