She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Galas and Mitchell Galas; her husband William "Bill" Chaffee; and her siblings, Sandra Blais (Galas), James Galas and Robert Galas.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Benoit (Jennifer) of Orlando and Jay Benoit (Jenny) of Davie, Florida; and her grandson Jacob Benoit of Davie, Florida. She is also survived by extended family members and many dear friends.
