He is survived by: his grandfather Creighton McShane; his parents, Bill Funke and Suzanne Funke (McShane); his brothers, Taylor and Egan; his grandparents, Louise McShane of Vero Beach, Fred and Lucy Funke of Bouckville; his aunts and uncles, Margot McShane, Nina Gardiner (Skooter), Fred and David Funke; and his cousins, Katie, Nick, Vance Gardiner, Luca, Isa and William D'Amario McShane.
After navigating the challenges of COVID his first year at Auburn he decided to make the move to Tallahassee where he could be near his friends who meant so much to him.
