He was predeceased by: his parents, Dino Guidi and Gladys Guidi; his siblings, Sharon and Joseph; and his wife Geraldine Ann Zurek Guidi.
He is survived by: his children, Deana Guidi Monaco (Dan) and Gary Guidi (Jennifer); his grandsons, Michael Dean Monaco, Luke Guidi and Kyle Guidi; his siblings-in-law, Genevieve Guidi, Rita Stewart, Mary Kotowski, Gloria Scheffler, Judy Breezer, Laurie Medina, Diana Stachiw, Donald Breezer and Steve Stachiw; and his close friend Richard Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.
