He is survived by: his wife Blanca Nilsa Velazquez; his children, Dolly, David, Shirley and Lisa; and his siblings, Ivelisse Roman of Bronx and Deborah Rodriguez of Orlando, Florida.. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.
