He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Elmer and Mary Fisher. He is survived by: his sons, Paul and Aaron Fisher.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Winter Garden Cemetery (13636 Lake Butler Blvd, Windermere, FL 34787).
