He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Clyde "JC" and Florence Virginia Bowerman (Dilley); his wife Julia Ann Bowerman (Gastfield); his brothers, Rodger Bowerman and Jerome "Jerry" Bowerman; and his aunt Maybelle Greenwalt.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kellee Seif (Michael), Kristi Bowerman and Stacey Bowerman; and his grandsons, Benjamin Seif and Joshua Seif.
