He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin K. Marshall and Leah Sheets Marshall; and his brothers, John Olin "Jack" Marshall and Robert "Bob" Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Stanford Marshall of Orlando, FL; and his children, Kimberly Fortunate of San Bernardino, CA and Gary Wayne Marshall (Johnell) of Kissimmee, FL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
