He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Macnamara and Dorothea Macnamara; and his wife Susan Macnamara. He is survived by: his son George Benjamin Macnamara, II of Orlando; his siblings, Martha Behrens of Lakeland and Patrick Macnamara (Sandy) of Lexington, Virginia; and his close friend Paul Howe.
