He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lester Webber; his children, Jeff E. Webber of Wirtz, VA and Becky W. Dudley (Gary) of Fincastle, VA.; and his grandchildren, Lisa, Mike, Blake, Robert, Jet, Hudson and Bryce. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
