He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Gloria Haynes (Ted), Keith Jordan, Debbie Terranova (Albert), Michael Neely (Lindsey) and Buddy Neely (Redina); his grandchildren, Mickey Haynes (Tiffany), David Haynes (Jennifer), Brad Elliott (Angie), Jill Neely and Meghan Neely; his great grandchildren, Caitlyn Pappanastos (Gabe), Michael Haynes (Maddie), Holly Cain (Harrison), Brooke Haynes, Mckenzie Haynes, Annabel Haynes, Emma Elliott, Liam Elliott, William Haynes and Wren Elliott; and his great great grandchildren, Hollyn Cain and Samuel Pappanastos.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children in Harley's memory.
