He is survived by: his wife Maria Elena Escobar Restrepo; his daughters, Claudia Acevedo and Angela Ivey (Philip); his siblings, Oriel, Saul, William, Odeardo, Diego, Dayro, Nestor, Lucelly, Nubia, Gloria, Margarita, Irma and Dora; and his grandchildren, Isabella Moya, Nicholas Ildefonso Ivey and Lucas Antonio Ivey.
