He is survived by: his sister Jean Baker Werth (Elizabeth Murphy); his former wife Dr. Marion Hale Baker; his daughter Martha Baker Whitty; his stepson Grant Lee Murphy (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Emma, Helen, John, Phillip, Murphy, Olivia and Owen.
