She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Barnes Chapman (John Chapman) and John Chapman; and her siblings, Cindy Rumpza and John "Pete" Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Angel Perez; her children, Steven Perez and Teresa "Cherie" Perez-Barnett; her grandchildren, Taylor, Kylie, Ila, Ethan and Evan; and her sister Lori Hubbard of Ocala.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home (2811 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando, FL 32806). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Chapel Hill Cemetery (2420 Harrell Rd, Orlando, FL 32817).
