He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ocie Carpenter and Jane Carpenter; his wife Jan; his children, Laura Linquist (Garrett), Ginny Lapp (David), Ethan and Drew; and his grandchildren, Hudson, Maya, Clayton and James.
