She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Smith (Tommy) and Connie Rodriguez (Robert); her grandchildren, Michael Smith (Christyl), Danielle Simonson (Shane), Raquel Richmond (Brendan) and Steven Rodriguez; her great grandchildren, Sydney Smith and Laurel Richmond; and her siblings, Hiroshi Miyachi and Taiko Takada.
