She was predeceased by: her father Richard Orr. She is survived by: her husband John Slayton; her children, Lisa Downing (Beth Downing), Ben Weaver (Michelle Weaver) and Dallas Slayton; her grandchildren, Walker Linton and Tori Weaver; her mother Mildred Orr; and her sisters, Alice Prather and Kathy Witkowski. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
