He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Medina and Damiana Medina (Nieves); and his brother Richard Medina. He is survived by: his wife Betty Medina of Orlando; his children, Stacey Lopez of Cary, NC and Jason Medina of Windham, ME; his siblings, Leticia Medina of Orlando, Irene Medina of Orlando, Antonio Medina (Elizabeth) of Dunnellon, FL and Albert Medina (Lisa) of Leicester, MA; and his brother-in-law Juan Quinones. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
